Option: Accumulations
➢Number
Controls the number of accumulations which is executed by applying the Ribbon Bar Command: Run Accumulations Option: Current Interrupt (see GAMRY Electrochemical Toolkit for more details)
➢Enabled
Enables/Disables IR-Compensation by current interrupt ➢Eu-Calculation
Mode of Eu-Calculation if Current Interrupt is enabled.
Option: Background Correction
➢Smooth Curve
Controls whether the current curve is automatically smoothed by the Digital Smoothing Filter after conducting a background correction. Option: Current Display
➢Convention
Controls whether classical or IUPAC convention is used for drawing the current curves. (classical: cathodic current is positive, negative potential is drawn to the right; IUPAC: anodic current is positive, positive potential is drawn to the right). ➢Plot
Controls whether the total current or the current density is plotted. ➢Show
Controls whether the current curves of all simulations or only that of the active experiment are shown. ➢Use Thick Pen
Controls whether a thick or the default pen is used for drawing the current curve(s). ➢Eref (V)
The reference point to which the potential values of the CV refers. Option: Digital Smoothing Filter
➢Filter Order
The polynomial order of the Savitzky-Golay filter with which the experimental CV is smoothed by means of the Ribbon Bar Command: Smooth Curve ➢Number of Points
The number of data points used by the Savitzky-Golay filter for computing a smoothed value.
Option: Labels
➢X-Axis
Option for customizing the label on the x-axis. ➢Y-Axis
Option for customizing the label on the y-axis.
Option: Colors
➢Background
Option for customizing the color of the background on which the current curve is plotted. ➢Active Curve
Option for customizing the color with which the current curve of the active experiment is plotted. ➢Inactive Curve
Option for customizing the color with which the current curves of the inactive experiments are plotted. ➢Inactive Segments
Option for customizing the color with which the inactive segments of the active current curve are plotted. ➢Text
Option for customizing the color with which the min-max-info and some other text is plotted. ➢Labels
Option for customizing the color with which the axes are labeled.
Option: Font
➢Screen Font
Option for customizing the font used for plotting min/max-info and for labeling the axes on the screen display. ➢Printer Font
Option for customizing the font used for printing min/max-info and for labeling the axes.
Option: Export Data (*.txt)
➢Number Format
Controls whether numbers are exported to txt-files using comma (1,234) or point (1.234) format. ➢Separator
Selects the separator used when exporting data to txt-files.
Option: Export to RAM-Disk
➢RAM-Disk Directory
The directory of the RAM-Disk to which the experiment is exported in use-file format.
Option: emf-Files
➢Save Black and White
Controls whether the image of the screen display is saved as Extended Meta File in the original screen colors or in "black on white".
Option: Import Data
➢Merge Files
Controls whether the existing (previously imported) CVs are merged with (or overwritten by) the imported ones. ➢Change Current Convention
Controls whether the imported current values are used "as they are" or multiplied by -1.
Option: Semi-Integration
➢D(cm²/s) (estimated)
The estimated value of the diffusion coefficient that will be used for computing the semi-integrated CVs if the Plot-Option:Semi-Integral has been selected in the Ribbon Bar associated with the Tab-Window: GAMRY - Experiments. Modified Options will be saved in the Windows Registry and restored when restarting the program.
